These model is just a bit larger than our standard 399 Sqft RV park models. This allows you to place these in areas that have a larger minimum sqft requirement, but still keep it smaller.

Our first one features a wrap around front porch with a wood burning fireplace! The exterior features our stained hardi siding with black accents and trex decking, and a 2 window clerestory!

The interior features our rustic pine pkg with wood ceiling, pine trim and with white farmhouse style cabinetry. The king sized bedroom has an exterior door that accesses the side porch. The bathroom is spacious and features a beautiful tile shower.
