This RV park model tiny home is redesigned to include a front porch and an entrance into the flex room (a second bedroom, office, dressing room, dining room, etc) from the hallway. We have it on display with the optional builtin shirt closets, drawers, and shoe shelves. Without the builtins, the room comfortably fits a daybed or makes a great office. The private bedroom in the back fits a queen size bed. It also has a double loft with storage in the back loft and a raised bed area, making the bathroom ceiling height higher.

$2500 down (including reservations, delivery and tie downs)

The ductless a/c and heat system installed, one set of temporary, wooden steps, manufactures warranty, plus an extended warranty.
